The Taming Poster
Prompt: Create an eye-catching poster to promote a play: the play is about a beauty pageant contestant who kidnaps politicians to rewrite the Constitution.
My Process
As I developed my concept I really wanted to illustrate the balance grace and power of the main character. The stance and perspective of the character was the most important to emphasize this. I added the rope to give the audience a view into the main conflict. My inspiration came from redesigned movie posters and letterpress prints with overlapping colors.
